The PA CHEP Equity & Access Subcommittee works to ensure that higher education opportunities in prison are accessible to all students, with a focus on underrepresented and marginalized groups. Our first initiative is expanding access for incarcerated women by addressing systemic barriers and advocating for inclusive policies.
